Intel Fab 12 prepares for 300mm upgrade

As reported yesterday by The Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona), citing Intel officials, Fab12’s factory located in Chandler, Arizona and currently producing 200mm wafer chips will close for refurbishment in late Q1 and Q2. 2021 year.
